Choosing a wireless gaming mouse can be a complicated decision. It depends on your personal taste, but as a general rule, these are the factors that will (mostly) influence your decision:
Grip, mouse sensitivity, DPI switching; these are non-existent in a standard mouse. This is why your gaming setup is incomplete, if it lacks a gaming mouse.
You might have heard that wireless is not good for gamers, either due to the weak wireless signal, or due to latency in processing that there might be. The truth is that in 2019, these problems are almost inexistent. Continue reading…
Best Wireless Gaming Mouse 2019 – 5 Best Wireless Mice for Online Gamers
These are our top 5 Gaming mice for 2019. Feel free to check the prices or else continue scrolling down for an in-depth review of each mouse.
1. Razer Mamba
The Razer Mamba has 2 programming buttons on the side and 2 buttons on top that serve as sensitivity settings (you need to set this up depending on what game you’re about to play). The scroll wheel feels amazing, it has the right balance between the pressure and the click force. This mouse also looks very nice and stylish with its lightning effects.
Some of it’s features are 16,000 DPI 5G laser sensor, adjustable click force technology, 1,000 Hz ultrapolling ( which means 1 ms response time), ergonomic right-handed design with textured rubber side grips, 16.8 million customisable colour options, and 9 independently programmable buttons with tilt-click scroll wheel.
This gamer’s mouse also has rechargeable batteries unlike some other on the market. Battery life expectancy of this mouse is approximately 20 hrs of continuous gaming, which is awesome. These are the reasons why we placed this mouse on top of our list!
Critique – Just one “negative” thing about this mouse is that you need to be careful where to put the receiver of the wireless, as if the mouse is not pointing in the right direction, it can give some lag as it’s wireless is quite sensitive.
2. Sensei Wireless Steel Series
This is another mouse that will make your head spin! This particular mouse has a 30 million-click lifespan (it will take a while until you need another gamer’s mouse), it’s technology also provides its users with just 1 millisecond response time! Another huge benefit of this mouse is that you can switch between wired and wireless depending on your needs. You must be asking about battery now? It’s 20 hours so it’s very similar to the Razer Mamba. If your mouse battery is about to die, you will be aware of this as the base station has a battery indicator. This mouse is not boring either, you can choose from up to 16.8 million colour options. Complimenting its stylish look, it is also rubberised for better grip. When it comes to pricing, it is a bit cheaper (approx $15 more) when compared with the Mamba.
Critique – Something that is not so positive about this mouse is that many complain about it’s customisable lights as they are quite poor with darker colours.
3. Logitech G900
This mouse wireless feature cannot be criticised. It is very comfortable and we can safely refer to it as a superlative wireless mouse for gamer’s. The responsive of the Logitech G900 is just 1 millisecond due to its 2.4GHz wireless connection. It’s DPI ranges between 200-12,000 which will result in exceptional tracking accuracy delivery and consistent response at any speed. When it comes to comfort, this mouse also delivers. Again this mouse is also colourful, you can choose from up to 16.8 million colours and it comes with programmable RGB Lighting.
Critique – Logitech didn’t care about picking up a fight the other big boys, and as far as we are concerned they did not lose! Something that we can criticise about this mouse is the buttons do have a horizontal shift and lifts slightly if you pull up from under them, but this depends on how you usually hold your mouse!
4. Razer Ouroboros
This mouse feels “true”! This slick looking mouse has removable magnetic side panels, programmable software with endless options, 1 millisecond response time and no lag at all. This particular mouse offers 8200 DPI so it competes well with its rivals.
Critique – Some critique about this mouse is that although it has customisable length and is marketed as ‘fit for all’, it is still quite big, so if your hands are small we suggest you explore another options.
5. Razer Naga Epic Chroma
The Chroma offers 8200dpi 4G laser sensor, which is a cutting-edge technological sensor that delivers precision and ultra-responsiveness to your game. It also comes in with customisable lightning options (16.8 million colours where to choose from) but to be fair this feature is common with most of the mice mentioned in this list.
Critique – Something that we don’t like about this mouse is that the side buttons are so tiny! But if this is not an issue for you, then it’s a great wireless gamers mouse.
What are the factors that you need to be your decision on?
